Join us for the first Connect Conference Series session of 2023! Together we will learn from community foundation leaders about strategies to deepen donor engagement. On this call you will learn from:

  • Michelle Beisker, Senior Vice President of Development & Laura Booth, Director of Family Philanthropy, Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation – Michelle and Laura will share information about becoming 21/64 certified philanthropic advisors and how it has changed their approach to family philanthropy and multigenerational giving.
  • Charla Schafer, President, Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine – Charla will give insights on how they've been able to leverage external funding to make an impact in their community.
  • Angie Widner, Vice President of Community Impact, & Laurie Everhardt, Director of Development, Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa – Angie and Laurie will share their new strategy to raise scholarship dollars for the communities they serve.
