Join us for the second Connect Conference Series session of 2022! Together we will learn from community foundation and rural development leaders about strategies to support young people, facilitate leadership development and to retain talent in communities. On this call you will learn from:

Liesl Seabert, Rural Community Revitalization Program Manager, Iowa Economic Development Authority – Liesl will share information about Empower Rural Iowa's leadership development pipeline work and opportunities for community foundations to engage. She will also highlight funding opportunities for 2022.
Mindy Gress, President, Okoboji Foundation – Mindy will give insights to how their Youth in Philanthropy Program educates area youth on the importance of philanthropy and community service/engagement.
Jason Neises, Community Development Coordinator, Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque – Jason will provide lessons for attracting and retaining new residents who share the same small-town values that Iowans thrive on.
