Join us for a conversation with Dr. Marvin DeJear, Jr, former executive director of the Evelyn K. Davis Center for Working Families in Des Moines, on August 10 at 1 pm. Dr. DeJear will provide an overview of the CWF model, discuss organizing and implementation of the model in Des Moines and share recommendations on how to get started exploring this model for your community. We will also hear from Kaye Englin, President and CEO at the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa. Kaye will talk about emerging work around the CWF model in the Cedar Valley. There will be plenty of time for you to ask questions of the speakers to learn about how best to get started in coordinating partners and support to bring the model to your community. We hope you will join us!
